I found my 2025 RAV4 online and made sure it was at the dealership beforehand I received a message from Christian that it was available to come look at and test drive so I made the appointment. He calls comfirm my appointment day/time and to let me know he had the Rav up front and waiting on my arrival. I'm so happy I kept looking on the Jim Norton's website because from the moment we arrived my husband and I knew that we were in great hands. He walked us over to the vehicle to look at it and went over all my questions about it. He was very knowledgeable about the Rav he wasn't one of those pushing salesman kind of guys,Lol! So he let my husband and I talk it over to be sure if it was a buy or not. Then we gave a 👍 up and went inside where we all set down and talked numbers did a lil negotiating, this is where Christian worked his magic to get us the best cash price. I absolutely will recommend all my friends and family to Jim Norton for their next vehicle.

First thing , I greatly appreciated the sales consultant ( James Bollinger ) he made this as simple and easy as possible! Providing extraordinary customer service. Much appreciated by the GM ( Jason Ball ) taking the time to visit and making me feel appreciated. This sales team yes I said sales team have empathy, passion and abundance of patience! When arriving to get my auto, it was clean up, gas up and then they even brought it to my office! Since I had no trade in!!! Great service as always!

My experience was pleasant here. On day one, I told the salesperson that I was only there to browse the cars. He was willing to sit me down with him to discuss options and to compare prices and features between the various models. There wasn’t any pressure to buy that day and I ended up getting all the information I needed to narrow down my choice over the next few days. Bought my car about a week later and I am more than happy since I got everything that I wanted from it.
