I wanted a fully loaded Rav4 Hybrid, and Jim Norton Toyota did not disappoint. Thomacita and Damon were amazing to work with. They found me one being shipped from Japan, and I was able to reserve it. I love this place because they don't pressure you into purchasing a vehicle, like some other dealerships in the area. They simply let the vehicle sell itself, which it does. Damon kindly went over everything in the vehicle to make sure I understood the technology before leaving the dealership. I also had a great experience working with Lanna and Michael (financing). Great place. Great people. I'll buy all future vehicles from these folks. Highly recommend!

He even worked behind the scenes, after the sale while being sick, to answer my questions and help out. Even after service, he personally fixed things that didn't get done while he was out. My transmission did not work right after a 60,000 mile service. The service department was cordial and timely, staying with the issue until it was fixed. I was not charged for 2 visits and was given a courtesy car. The people in the department were always very nice.

My wife and I recently purchased a car from Jim Norton Toyota. I must say it was the most simple process I have ever experienced in buying a car. We had to order what we wanted but it arrived at the designated time and was it pristine condition. But my 5 star review is primarily for my sale’s professional. His name is Wavin Yada. This young man was the best sales person I’ve ever seen. He is honest and operates with integrity, his knowledge concerning the new car was fantastic. It truly was the best:experience my wife and I have ever had in dealing for a car. Wavin is fantastic.

Worst service experience ever! Towed vehicle in with battery terminal corroded in half. They took a full day to just look at it and said parts would be in a few days later. Repair bill was over $900. Towed it to Pep Boys and was repaired in a few hours at a fraction of the cost. Bonus insult... Jim Norton charged me a diagnostic fee. This used to be the only shop we would use, but not after this. Something has changed and it is NOT for the better.

I like that this location is on the west side of OKC. To look at Toyota cars, or to have my Toyota car checked out, this is a very convenient location since I live in Western Oklahoma. There are NO Toyota dealerships in Western Okla, unless I want to take small hwys south to Lawton or north toward Enid. At least going to OKC is all interstate and turnpike.
